East Texas is the working ranch today — 480 acres twenty minutes off I-820, running beef on rotation, eight hog breeds in the post-oak, a layer flock, the broiler tractors, and the Pyrenees kennel on the south end. Wyoming is on contract for '26. Hawaii is on scout for '26. Each piece of land will be chosen for what it can grow that the others can't — same standards, same software, same handshake.
First place we bought. 480 acres on Bermuda + Klein rotational pasture, fourteen paddocks, three hoop coops, two woodlots, the Pyrenees kennel, and a converted barn that runs the cameras. The hands saddle up at 5:30 and come back when the work is done.
