Half-day walks of the home place. Saddle-time with the crew on a Sunday rotation. A twelve-seat long-table dinner on the south pasture under string lights. The gate's open twelve weekends a year — we close it during calving and harvest weeks, when nobody's got time to tell you anything.
Pick the experience. We'll send a confirmation, a route, and a list of what to wear.
Half a day on the East Texas place, led by whoever is around — usually the founder or one of the hands. We walk the herd, the calving pen, the kennel, the coops. You see the cameras. We answer questions until you're out of questions.
You ride out with the morning rotation. Real horses, real work — check waterers, count head, push the herd to the next paddock. Need prior riding experience. If you've never thrown a leg over a horse, take the walk instead.
Twelve seats. One long table on the south pasture. The chef cooks a cut you can point at in the field on your way to the table. String lights. Candles. Phones in a basket at the gate.
