We sell beef and pork the way ranchers actually raise it: by the share. You reserve a fraction of an animal that's alive in our pasture today, we feed it out to your harvest window, and we deliver wrapped cuts the morning the truck rolls. Chicken — gated by our federal processing capacity — is sold through a rolling weekly line.

Pasture-raised chicken — corn-free, soy-free — is processed on-farm under the federal PL 90-492 producer exemption. That caps how many birds we move per week, so we hold a rolling 8-week line. Your share comes off the line in the week shown.
Beef shares are Angus only. Pasture-finished, hand-cut to your spec, frozen vacuum-sealed within 24 hours of harvest. Pickup at the ranch or freezer-shipped within 500 miles. All-in pricing — processing + cut & wrap included in the share. The Highland herd stays on pasture for breeding and the creamery; we do not sell Highland beef.
